Abstract
The electronic spectroscopy of the stratospheric compound chlorine nitrate (ClONO2) has been probed using photoabsorption, photoelectron, and electron energy loss spectroscopy. Spectral assignments for the observed features are discussed. © 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
