Abstract
Ensuring our mainstream systems work for people and help keep them included is fundamental to preventing homelessness. This paper aims to initiate a dialogue about new ways of conceptualising how different systems can come together to collectively prevent the ultimate exclusion that is homelessness. In this paper we explore the concept of universal prevention that underpins many frameworks and typologies of homelessness prevention.
