Abstract
The Davydov ultrasonic model with anharmonic terms for phonon oscillations is considered. The system is reduced to the Henon-Heiles equations for travelling wave solutions. A new class of solitons and elliptic solutions for an integrable case of the Henon-Heiles system is found.
