Ultrashort laser pulses for application in cancer surgery

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We present the successful laser ablation of clinically relevant tissue models using ultrashort laser pulses. The correlation of high-speed imaging of the ablation process with a histopathological analysis of the tissue morphology enables the optimisation of the tissue removal.
