Abstract

A high power, two-dimensional, 16 by 4 element waveguide array carbon-dioxide laser is presented and properties such as beam quality and spatial power distribution are assessed, together with beam reformatting techniques to produce compact beams. ©2005 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.
