Abstract
A tunable infrared laser has been achieved using spin-flip magneto-Raman scattering in InSb. Dielectric coatings on the sides of the laser cavity gave the unexpected result of enhancing the collinear output up to a value of 10 W-a conversion efficiency approximately=1%.
