Abstract
Description of some of the research which has been carried out using hydraulic scale models of storm-sewage overflows. The requirements for similarity between models and prototype are examined and it is stressed that for meaningful results to be obtained then, as a minimum requirement, it is essential that the flow patterns occurring within the chambers are accurately reproduced.- from Authors
