Abstract

This report presents the findings from a comprehensive study aimed at understanding and addressing some of the barriers to diversity in the UK's Research and Innovation sector. Based on insights gathered from an evidence review, surveys (completed by those with firsthand experience of the UK visa system and stakeholders experienced in supporting them), and a validation workshop, several recommendations have been developed to promote a more inclusive environment and enhance opportunities for researchers relocating to the UK.
