Abstract

The article surrounds the theme of 'Sustainable Development Goals' and 'Human Resource Management'. It emphasizes the understudied theme of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) as a context in Human Resource Management (HRM) research. The article further highlights the SDG targets related to Health and Safety at the workplace (SDG 3, 8 and 16) and their relation to HRM thematic areas.
