Abstract

Teleworkers may be deprived of learning opportunities essential to their professional development due to the geographic problem. Telematics, a combination of telecommunications and computer technology has the potential to enhance the quality of interactions between distant workers and also provide simple ways of sharing information and resources. The paper focuses on the potential of a new computer network information servers as a means of providing a one point of call training service for teleworkers.
