Abstract
This article discusses the most significant strategic issues facing supply chain professionals – the so-called “mega-challenges” – over the coming period. It does so in the context of ongoing supply-related inflationary pressures as firms plan and implement their post-pandemic business models. It concludes by providing some insights into the likely key features of the smart and sustainable supply chains of the future.
