Abstract

Mass-spectrometry of biological tissue using sub-picosecond laser ablation is investigated experimentally. High relative abundances, including peaks at characteristic m/z, are observed across a range of laser parameters. Neuromorphic imaging is explored as a secondary diagnostic.
