    Abstract

Multiwell deconvolution of pressure and flow rate taking interwell interference effect into account is studied on the basis of single-well deconvolution. The interwell pressure interference is extracted away from the total pressure response and then the pressure response of testing well itself, under the condition of unit flow rate, is obtained. This obtained pressure response can be used for reservoir model diagnosis and other conventional interpretation. Some sets of numerically simulated transient pressure data with interwell pressure interference were studied, which demonstrated that the developed algorithm works well for multi-well deconvolution.
