Abstract

Marine clutter is the electromagnetic field of radar echoes, the current research mainly focuses on its scalar statistics, rather than the polarization characteristics. Based on the description of the polarization state by Stokes parameter, the paper analyzes the statistical polarization of electromagnetic wave following the Rayleigh distribution, and simulates the polarization electromagnetic wave based on zero-memory nonlinear transformation method.
