Solitonisation of Anderson Localisation in Rogue-soliton Generation

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We report two missing important processes that eventually may lead to rogue-soliton generation in optical fibres after modulation instability takes place: solitonisation of Anderson localisation, and optical-event-horizon induced soliton self-frequency redshift.
