Abstract

This book focuses on the value of communities and other groups developing visual narratives or ‘Rich Pictures’ of current and potential future situations. Rich Pictures are an important component, indeed the starting point, for a number of community participatory methodologies yet to date almost nothing has been written about them in book format. This book explains how and when to use the technique to get maximum participatory value.
