Abstract
This report aims to guide engineers responsible for refurbishment projects on existing non-domestic buildings. It provides infomration on building design considerations, building services systems, commissioning and handover, all in the context of present day regulations, carbon dioxide emission reduction targets, fuel use and the green economy.
