    Abstract

An equation for prediction of liquid-liquid interfacial tension (IFT) in multi-component systems has been developed using the lattice theory and the regular solution assumptions. The equation does not include any empirical parameter and there is no limitation on the number of components comprising the system. The reliability of the equation has been evaluated by comparing its prediction with experimental data and other methods. © 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
