Abstract
High throughput imaging is now available to
many groups and it is possible to generate a large quantity
of images quickly. PhenoImageShare provides a lightweight
image data query and annotation tool, and a single point of
access backed by a Solr server for programmatic access to
a federated image collection and related image PhIS enabling
improved community access.
