Abstract
This paper presents a novel fiber-based speckle shearing interferometer which uses a HiBi fiber for illumination and use equal illumination of the object with equal amounts of light of orthogonal linear polarization. The technique uses a Wollaston prism for a shearing element, which permits phase-stepping without any mechanical motion of the components.
