Abstract

Z Pharma, founded by Dr. AR, is a pharmaceutical company specializing in treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s. Driven by personal experiences and academic expertise, Dr. AR leveraged AI to revolutionize drug discovery, aiming to personalize treatments and improve efficacy. Despite initial funding challenges, her refined pitches secured seed funding from angel investors, enabling the establishment of state-of-the-art labs and a skilled team. The company faced operational hurdles, including supply chain inefficiencies and cultural differences within its diverse workforce. Innovative solutions, such as interactive AI demonstrations for regulatory bodies like the FDA, helped overcome regulatory barriers. Z Pharma’s growth was marked by securing venture capital, a successful IPO, and scaling production while navigating international regulations.
