Abstract
Previous ODMR studies of MBE-grown ZnSe:N have been extended to include frequency-dependent studies of the g = 1.38 line. The shape of this line at 9 and 35 GHz is very close to that of a powder pattern found typically in randomly oriented solids. Lowest-order simulations give an axial symmetry with g? = 1.27 and g? = 1.38. The symmetry and randomness suggest that the donor is associated with dislocations.
