Abstract
The optical constants of Cr, Co, Fe, Ni, Mo, and Pt at 295°K have been measured ellipsometrically in the wavelength range 12-24/smm. In the region of Anomolous Skin Effect (ASE) the electrons are found to be diffusely reflected at the metal surface. Values for the parameter e3 proportional to the carrier concentration in the ASE regime are presented for each metal. © 1977.
