On ultrasonic Davydov solitons and the Hénon-Heiles system

We consider an ultrasonic Davydov model with anharmonic terms for phonon oscillations, a generalization of a model by Huth et al. for Schreibe aggregates. The system reduces to the Hénon-Heiles equations for travelling wave solutions. A new family of elliptic solutions for an integrable case of the Hénon-Heiles system is found and the application to Schreibe aggregates is given. © 1992.
