Abstract
This contribution, which is an abridged version of what already appeared on "LA Rivista 231", is a one of the first discussions in Italy as regards the UK piece of legislation introducing for the first time at statutory level the corporate manslaughter in England and the corporate homicide in Soctland.
The contribution, written togetehr with an Italian lawyer specialised in this matter, is of ample magnitude as it is publised in a series by "Il Sole 24 Ore", the most important Italian financial newpaper, with an audience of chartered accountants, lawyers, magistrates, politicians and businessmen.
