Abstract

The comparatively new piece of legilation of the corporate manslaugher 2007 is analysed an dissected in this contribution, from an international point of view and compared to the correspondent Italian legislation (legge 231).
The main court decisions preceding in Britain this area of law are narrated and discussed, in the way they have contributed to the drafting of the final piece of legislation.
