Abstract
A presentation is given of some of the findings of a research project concerned with the evaluation of the contribution of computers in the management of housing repairs and maintenance operations. The emphasis is to provide information to aid developments of computerized systems for housing maintenance management in the public sector. The paper concentrates on aspects relating to the evaluation and specification of data and information requirements for the public sector housing maintenance-modernization function.
