Abstract
A high resolution sonar is modeled and imaged. To measure the topology of the seabed, a set of transducer, which captures the phase differences of the sound as it returns from the seabed, is used. A model is developed to estimate the errors involved and some simulations and reconstructions. Finally, some data is used to show the effects in practice.
