Abstract
A comparative study was carried out on the hygral sensitivity of the fabrics measured with two different systems: FAST-4 and dynamic measurements. For this study, a set of fabrics was produced under controlled processing conditions. During the study, randomly selected samples were used and the coefficient of variation for the results from each method was calculated. High correlation was obtained between the results obtained with the two methods, hence proving the reliability and reproducibility of both.
