Abstract
A bespoke ultra-short-pulse seed laser is amplified by an in-house developed Ho:YAG pre-amplifier and Ho:YAG thin-slab main amplifier to micro-Joule energies at 23 MHz, aimed at non-linear material processing of infrared optical materials.
