Abstract

The stepwise synthesis of mixed metal-organic C-alkylpyrogallol[4]arene nanocapsules allows control over the metal ratios in the resulting assemblies via sequential incorporation and ejection of different metals. © 2009 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
