Abstract
The dissociative charge-transfer of NH3 with H2+ and He+ is an "internal energy resonant" process, but with a greater contribution from exothermic compared with endothermic reactions. The electron transfer produces ions in specified electronic states, and the probability of forming these states varies with the translational energy of the reactants. © 1977.
