Abstract

This study investigated the benefits of using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to teach supply chain and warehousing undergraduate courses to students with little or no industry experience or background at UAE universities. Using PLS-SEM for data analysis, the study found that teachers implementing GenAI increased self-efficacy and participation. There is a correlation between SC&W teaching performance and GenAI desire. There is a strong correlation between AI literacy and a strong desire to participate. Based on the results of this study, GenAI can be applied as Educator-Driven Experiential Technologies to optimize AI for supply chain courses.
