Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

Diffusion is the dominant transverse coupling mechanism in some bistable optical systems, including InSb. Calculations are reported on switching waves, radial variations of hysteresis loops, and crosstalk between arrays of devices with diffusive coupling.
