Abstract

DanceMark is an open telemetry framework designed for latency-sensitive real-time networked immersive experiences, focusing on online dancing in virtual reality within the DanceGraph platform. The goal is to minimize end-to-end latency and enhance user ex-perience, particularly crucial in partnered dancing scenarios where synchronized movements are integral. DanceMark supports experimentation addressing latency issues through direct sensor-to-display paths and real-time dance prediction correctives through offline analysis and online adaptive responses to live captured session data.
