This article introduces the various types of mechanisms available to resuscitate a distressed, yet solvent company. It describes the process involved in expediting each mechanism and the role played by stakeholders such as the management, receivers, nominees etc. The writing of this article employs the hermeneutics analysis of relevant legislation(s). It provides a quick and simplified reference for students and non-practitioner.
