Charge-tunable quantum dots in monolayer WSe2

Abstract

We demonstrate Coulomb blockade in monolayer WSe 2 quantum dots. Further, gate tunable hybridization of the localized and continuum of electron states in a Fermi sea is observed due to strong tunnel interaction.
