Abstract
The dissociative charge-transfer of NO with He+ and H2+ at relative translational energies of 1-5 keV has been examined by the "beam into static gas" method. The variation in the abundances of the product ions, as a function of the reactant ion translational energy, is explained in terms of changes in the cross-sections for formation of particular electronic slates of NO+. © 1979.
