Abstract

Glasgow City Council and the University of Glasgow co-created the Thriving Glasgow Portrait, informed by participatory workshops with different stakeholders and launched in 2023. The City-University Partnership continues to build on this work by mapping policy systems, strategies and response options to the Thriving Definitions, creating a multi-objective optimisation tools to support decision making.
