Abstract

Planogram is usually employed by modern retail shops to ease operational tasks, such as organizing and managing the storage room and product's display shelf. Less research regarding planograms from the perspective of bibliometric and visualization becomes the main reason why the research was conducted. Bibliometrics is used in this research as the analysis method to capture the comprehensive figures on the research direction and to find several basic patterns associated with the planogram. Publish or Perish and VOSviewer are also utilized to support the analysis. This study was designated to conduct the analysis and bibliometric visualization towards planogram-related publications by involving 17 international journals. This research indicated the development status and planogram trend from 2011 to 2022. The research resulted in yearly trends, top publishers, top authors, top publications, keywords distribution, the most cited papers, the most influenced journal, as well as research gap from the bibliometric visualization result.
