Abstract
Ambidextrous organizational design and dynamic capabilities are well recognized ways to deal with innovation challenges in turbulent environments. Using an in-depth longitudinal case study, this paper explores integration processes linking exploration and exploitation. It also develops theory on how market turbulence and innovation synergies influence different ambidextrous process designs.
