Abstract

The paper describes a preliminary wind-tunnel investigation of the below-deck aerodynamic climate of a TLP. The general features of multi-cylinder flow are discussed. The technique of pulsed l a s e r velocimetry is described and examples of its application to a 1:300 model platform presented.
