    Abstract

    Bridge management system need a contineous system for health monitoring. As the instrumentation of bridges is expensive, prior to any action an ranking system may be needed to show the important or requirement for instrumentation. The paper proposed a system for ranking to give a preliminary evaluation by the site technicians during their visiting period to give the ability of judgement for the higher levels of management.
