Abstract
Несмотря на множество научных публикаций и книг по стратегическому планированиюв высшем образовании, управленцам в этой области не хватает практических рекомендаций по разработке стратегии в условиях турбулентной среды. Эта монография восполняет данный пробел, опираясь на научные исследования, интервью с топ-менеджерами и исследовании действии (action research). Книга выходит за рамки простого описания инструментов стратегического управления и прогнозирования и предлагает пошаговое руководство по их использованию в разработке стратегии, включая методы сбора и анализа данных.
Despite the abundance of scientific publications and books on strategic planning in higher education, managers in this field lack practical guidelines for developing strategies in a turbulent environment. This handbook addresses this gap by drawing on scientific research, interviews with top managers, and action research. The book goes beyond simply describing strategic management and forecasting tools and offers a step-by-step guide for their use in strategy development, including methods for data collection and analysis.
