Awarded 2 Athena Swann grants £1500 each (total £3000) to have two research assistants in Edinburgh work on a project I am leading. The project will be investigating the role of meta-perceptions to shape critical thinking and fact-checking of accurate or misleading claims (misinformation). Secondary to this we will be investigating cultural differences in this phenomenon between the UK and UAE.
