The focus of her research is interdisciplinary, and she is currently exploring the impact of disruptive technologies and digital transformation on corporate governance and management accounting practices. Xihui has presented her research at many top international conferences (e.g., BAM, BAFA, EAA, MFAIC, and ICGS), workshops, and research seminars across the globe. She has been published in leading peer-reviewed international journals and magazines (e.g., Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Financial Management Magazine). She is an efficient, organised, committed, and responsible scholar who knows how to make things happen.
