Biography

I have a total of more than 20 years of work experience in the education and IT industries, taking various roles such as Teaching Assistant, Researcher/Research support, Business Analyst, Business Development, Marketing Manager, Project Coordinator and Financial Analyst.

I acquired my MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Leicester (UK) in 2010. My MSc. dissertation explored the Impact of Integrating Human Resource Management Practices with Knowledge Management on Small-Medium Businesses’ Performance.

Currently I'm a PhD student with Heriot-Watt University.

Research interests

Area of expertise: Leadership. Change management. Digital Transformation. HRM.

Research Methods Expertise: qualitative and quantitative.

Roles & Responsibilities

Alongside the curriculum and teaching material, my teaching approach is dynamic and innovative. In other words, the ways of delivering the concepts are not constant but remain consistent. It is engaging and promotes participation. It challenges the students, bringing out the most in everyone, yet adopting simplicity and clarity.
