My research spans spatial data science and geoinformatics, with a focus on context-aware spatial computing and human interaction with geographic information, and spatial intelligence (OSINT). This work integrates spatial analytics, LiDAR, visibility modelling, computer vision, and geospatial data infrastructures to support applications in urban systems, robotics, navigation, and augmented environments.
My main research interest is in how spatial datasets, combined with sensors (including computer vision, speech, and IoT), can provide context and spatial intelligence to enhance human–computer interaction (HCI). This includes working with big data, spatial analytics, LiDAR, visibility modelling, machine learning, and context-aware systems to develop new approaches for understanding and interacting with spatial environments.
