Nitika Kapoor is an Assistant Professor in the School of Textiles and Design at Heriot-Watt University Dubai. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Fashion Branding and Promotion, and Design Management. She is currently a PhD candidate in Design at the IDC School of Design, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where her research examines the role of peer feedback in design education and its contribution to the development of design competencies. She holds a Master's degree in Fashion Business from Polimoda, Florence, Italy, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Fashion Designing from Pearl Academy, New Delhi, India.
