Operations and Supply Management

Research interests

My research interests span operations and supply management. Since producing the book 'Procuring complex performance' in 2010 my work has increasingly addressed how organisationa contract for, buy, evaluate and measure performance. Performance here being overall satisfaction rather than discrete elements amenable to itemisation and therfore easy to specify and buy.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
